MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours and once we have processed your order for shipping, we will be unable to make any changes.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or public holidays.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Honey Peaches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Honey Peaches, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Honey Peaches plus a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is when an item is currently out of stock but we have made a special order from the manufacturer already and we can expect it to come into stock within a certain timeframe. Therefore if you were to place an order or a 'pre-order', your order will only be sent out once we receive the shipment of the product.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE PRE-ORDER ITEM(S) AND NON-PRE-ORDER ITEMS ON MY ORDER?
If you would like your non pre-order item/s sent first, please place two separate orders. One order consisting of your pre-order item/s and a second order with the item/s you would like sent first. Alternatively if only one order is placed, we will ship all your items together when your pre-order item/s arrive.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT A PRE-ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
The estimated date of delivery will be displayed under the description in each of the product. Usually, pre-orders will arrive within 2 - 4 weeks of you ordering your item(s). Should there be any delays, we will notify you via the email listed on your account.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
All pre-order and order cancellations will be issued store credit which has no expiry date. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on pre-orders or orders which have not yet been dispatched. This is because most pre-orders are made to order. If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes. However you may certainly return your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
