Order processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note, Australia Post & DHL DOES NOT run over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm – Sunday will be dispatched the next business day.
Most of our products are available to be shipped once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified in the description). Please note that some items are available to be pre-ordered and have a specific shipping date in the product description. In the event that there is a problem with your item ordered, we will advise you via phone or email and send out your order as soon as possible.
Australian Domestic Shipping

For all Australian orders, Honey Peaches charges a flat rate of AUD$10 with FREE Shipping for orders over AUD$50. We use Australia Post Express for next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). For Regional areas outside the express post network, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
Australia Post Express provides you with a unique tracking code for your parcel that can be tracked online via the following link: http://auspost.com.au/track/
In the event that you have not received your items within 4 business days of placing your order, please email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office for collection.
International Shipping (New Zealand & Rest of the World)
International Orders are sent EXPRESS via DHL EXPRESS*
We offer a premium delivery service by shipping International orders via DHL Express which ensures that you receive fast delivery and will be able to track your parcel throughout the shipping process.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation shipping email with your parcel's tracking information. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered you will be left a calling card to arrange delivery at a different time. To avoid this try and provide an address which you will be at between Monday-Friday.
*DHL Express is a courier door to door service therefore will not be able to deliver to a PO BOX address (excluding UAE addresses). Should you require your parcel to be sent to a PO BOX address, we will send via Standard Shipping through Australia Post which will take longer to arrive.

Please note as DHL Express is a courier door to door service therefore we will not be able to send parcels addressed with military addresses (APO & FPO) via Express Shipping. Instead all military addresses will be shipped via Standard Shipping through Australia Post Pack & Track.

Customs Taxes & Duties
All prices on Honey Peaches are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you are from the United Kingdom, please note that UK's customs are very strict and we recommend you reading about your possible custom duties and VAT liability prior to purchase.
When ordering from us, you:
- don't have to pay Excise Duty;
- may have to pay Customs Duty on goods with a value that exceeds £135;
- will have to pay import VAT on goods with a value that exceeds £15;
Customs Duty is waived if the amount of duty calculated is £9 or under.
Please note that because we are not a registered business in the UK, we are not legally able to charge you the VAT. The VAT will be charged by UK customs upon entry into the UK.

Policy & Terms
By placing an order at Honey Peaches, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Honey Peaches. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Honey Peaches will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit. We only post items to given addresses. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Honey Peaches and the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the customer.
